Old Man's Cave (Hocking Hills)
I got to spend about an hour and a half touring the Old Man's Cave area in Hocking Hills State Park this weekend. The park is noted for its waterfalls and rock formations. If you have never been there, it's worth making a trip.
Old Man's Cave is not really a cave at all but a deep long recess in the cliffs. Pictured here is the entrance.
Unfortunately, there was not much of a water flow so the waterfalls were less than spectacular. Pictured here is the Upper Falls.
The Devils Bathtub was even mild and sedated.
I am already looking forward to coming back in the fall.

My grandmother grew up in that area. I remember her talking about this place. Have yet to see it myself ...
Thanks for the images of Hocking Hills. They are beautiful. You said that fall is a good time to go, well it is nearly here, so I will be making my way up to Hocking Hill soon. Thanks again.
